Bird Cemetery, Brighton Township

The Bird Cemetery is in section 14 of Brighton Township on Pleasant Valley Road near the intersection of Pleasant Valley and Kensington roads. Several of the tombstones read by the Philip Livingston Chapter, NSDAR in 1948 were not found for this reading. The last known burial was Adeline Bird in 1915. On May 17, 2005 the cemetery was visited by Patricia Morcom and Emma Winegarner. Photographs were taken and tombstone readings were recorded. The cemetery was read front to back.
